The essence of meat is revealed in all its
diversity — from Black Angus tartares, carpaccios and house-made meat delicacies, to signature hot dishes and a curated collection of premium Wagyu steaks.

The restaurant features several dedicated Dry Age chambers, where the meat develops its ideal texture and depth of flavor. We work with the finest premium meat producers from Russia and Japan, as well as Argentina and Uruguay.

The brand chef has brought together the world’s classic meat dishes, thoughtfully reinterpreting them to match the style and preferences of our guests.

The restaurant’s philosophy is rooted in the art of working with the product: meat is not merely an ingredient, but a cultural code — carefully composed from the culinary traditions of different countries. The experience is elevated by an extensive wine list of over 1,500 labels, including a collection of rare vintages.

The restaurant’s interior combines a restrained, sophisticated design with striking vintage accents. The space is arranged across two levels.

The ground floor is designed in a contrasting dark palette, featuring Emperador Dark marble and oak veneer finishes.

The mezzanine level is designed in rich terracotta tones, featuring a mirrored ceiling and illuminated oak panels. The two floors are connected by a vintage chandelier with pink glass shades, custom-made based on an original design by the «Geometry by Irina Glik» design bureau.

A key highlight is the VIP area on the mezzanine level: a light-filled space concealed behind sliding doors, offering a striking contrast to the main dining room. A series of private and comfortable VIP rooms also deserves special attention.

The interior features restored vintage lighting pieces by iconic 20th-century Italian designers, adding character and timeless elegance to the space.

During the summer season, guests are welcomed to a spacious, light-filled terrace, completely surrounded by lush greenery.
It offers a magnificent view of the Bolshoi Theatre and Red Square.
